At By Firenzzi, we are committed to delivering your products with security, transparency, and excellence in customer service. This Shipping Policy outlines all the essential information about our order dispatch and delivery process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.


Order Processing Time

The estimated delivery time provided at checkout only begins after payment confirmation. Once your payment is confirmed, we allocate 1 to 4 business days to prepare and dispatch your order.


Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping by default. However, if other shipping options are available, they will be displayed during checkout along with their respective fees and delivery times, which may vary by region and supplier.


Delivery Timeframes

Most of our products are imported and shipped directly from our manufacturers and suppliers located in the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany. We also operate a fulfillment unit in Joinville, SC, Brazil, where in-person pickup is available.

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and will be shown at checkout. Here are the standard delivery estimates:

  • PAC (Free Shipping): 12 to 20 business days, with possible early delivery

  • In-Person Pickup (Free): Pickup available at R. Maringá, 99 – Anita Garibaldi, Joinville/SC

  • SEDEX (Expedited - R$19.90): 11 business days, with possible early delivery

For purchases made via credit card or PIX, payment is typically approved instantly, allowing for priority processing and dispatch.


Delivery Experience

Based on customer feedback, 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks after dispatch. However, delivery times may be extended in specific cases due to external factors such as:

  • Shipping delays

  • Strikes or holidays

  • High seasonal demand

  • Customs clearance or unforeseen carrier issues


Order Protection & Shipping Guarantee

By Firenzzi guarantees the delivery of your order. In the event of loss or theft during delivery, we will refund the full value paid. All items are shipped with insurance and free tracking.

For orders covered by our Shipping Protection, if your package is not delivered within 70 business days from dispatch (excluding cases beyond our control), a 100% refund will be issued.


Important Notes

  • You may receive multiple packages, as items may be shipped from different suppliers.

  • Each product will have its own tracking code if shipped separately.


Order Tracking

Your order will be shipped via Correios or another carrier. Once dispatched, you will receive a tracking number by email, which you can use to monitor your delivery progress via:

  • The “Track Your Order” section on our website

  • The official carrier’s website

Our team will also guide you through the tracking process if needed.


Shipping Address Accuracy

By Firenzzi ships orders to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your shipping details before finalizing your order. Deliveries are generally made by Correios (Brazilian Postal Service), but in cases such as:

  • Recipient not present

  • Delivery restrictions

  • Incomplete or incorrect address

the carrier may leave a pickup notice directing you to collect your order at the nearest post office.


Recipient Not Available

Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to receive your package. Correios typically attempts delivery up to three times. If no one is present, the package will be sent to the nearest post office, where it must be collected within 7 calendar days.


Incorrect or Incomplete Address

By Firenzzi is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout. In such cases:

  • Correios will not attempt redelivery

  • The customer will be responsible for retrieving the package

  • If the package is returned to our warehouse, a new shipping fee will be required to resend the item
