At By Firenzzi, we are committed to delivering your products with security, transparency, and excellence in customer service. This Shipping Policy outlines all the essential information about our order dispatch and delivery process, ensuring a smooth and satisfying shopping experience.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United Kingdom, United States, Australia, Canada, Europe, and most of the world. We are unable to ship to Polynesia, Russia, and China at this time.


Order Processing Time

The estimated delivery time provided at checkout only begins after payment confirmation. Once your payment is confirmed, we allocate 1 to 4 business days to prepare and dispatch your order. Typically, all orders are shipped within 1–2 days of being placed.


Shipping Fees

We offer free standard shipping by default. However, if other shipping options are available, they will be displayed during checkout along with their respective fees and delivery times, which may vary by region and supplier.


Delivery Timeframes

Most of our products are imported and shipped directly from our manufacturers and suppliers located in the United States, France, China, Switzerland, and Germany.

Estimated delivery times:

  • United Kingdom: 5 - 10 business days
  • United States: 5 - 12 business days
  • Australia: 7 - 14 business days
  • Canada: 7 - 14 business days
  • Europe: 6 - 15 business days
  • Rest of the world: 10 - 15 business days

Express Shipping: When available, typically 2–5 business days faster than standard delivery.


Delivery Experience

Based on customer feedback, 85% of orders are delivered within two weeks after dispatch. However, delivery times may be extended due to:

  • Shipping delays
  • Strikes or holidays
  • High seasonal demand
  • Customs clearance or carrier-related issues
  • Remote delivery locations (can take 4–6 weeks)

Order Protection & Shipping Guarantee

By Firenzzi guarantees the delivery of your order. In the event of loss or theft during delivery, we will refund the full value paid. All items are shipped with insurance and free tracking.

For orders covered by our Shipping Protection, if your package is not delivered within 70 business days from dispatch (excluding cases beyond our control), a 100% refund will be issued.


Order Status & Tracking

You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order. Your order can be tracked on our website via the “Track Your Order” page using your order number and email.

Status updates include: Ordered > In Process > Order Ready > In Transit > Out for Delivery > Delivered.

Tracking is also available via:

  • The official website of the delivery carrier
  • Support assistance (if needed)

Shipping Address Accuracy

Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Please double-check your details. If incorrect or incomplete, and the item is undeliverable, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping fees.

  • If recipient is unavailable, Correios will attempt delivery up to three times
  • If undelivered, the package will be held at the local post office for 7 days
  • If unclaimed, the order will be returned to us and subject to new shipping fees

Order Issues

Trouble Placing Order

If you experience issues placing an order, try the following:

  • Check your internet connection
  • Try another browser or device
  • Use a different payment method
  • Ensure your card is open for international payments

If problems persist, contact us via support.

Late & Lost Orders

If your order is late or marked as delivered but not received:

  • Check for address errors
  • Search nearby locations and ask neighbors
  • Wait 3 business days, then contact your local carrier
  • Contact us within 7 business days for assistance

Missing or Incorrect Items

Contact us within 3 business days of receiving your package. Provide your order number, a photo of received items, and the shipping label. Our team will investigate.
